Construction is well underway at Stage 3 of Two Rocks Nautic Estate, following Harley Dykstra taking over management during Stage 2, which delivered 110 lots.

Harley Dykstra's Perth-Peel office was engaged in a key project with Fremantle Port Authority and Cova Haywards at the Kwinana Bulk Terminal from 2023 to 2024.
The Ferndale Avenue intersection upgrade was initiated to create a new entry and exit point onto Bussell Highway for the growing community of Dalyellup, located just south of Bunbury. This infrastructure improvement aimed to ease traffic congestion, enhance accessibility, and provide greater safety for local residents and commuters.
