Construction is well underway at Stage 3 of Two Rocks Nautic Estate, following Harley Dykstra taking over management during Stage 2, which delivered 110 lots. Stage 3, now with RJV as the new contractor, is set to deliver another 116 lots, with half already sold. Titles are aimed for July 2026, keeping momentum strong in this attractive coastal village.
Significant infrastructure is also progressing, including Reef Break Drive, a major connector road spanning 500–600m, expected to reach a constructed limestone finish by May 2026. Our approach ensures contractors remain busy throughout, with work continuing at The Spot (60–70 lots) and future stages 4 and 5, which could deliver up to 300 additional lots, potentially completed by 2028.
The estate continues to offer variety, with cottage lots and standalone lots with wider frontages, while maintaining affordability with prices generally under $300k. Stage 2 features a hectare of landscaped park, while The Spot has been redesigned to preserve approximately 4,000m2 of tuart trees, and future stages will include parks developed from scratch.
Harley Dykstra’s strong performance on the West Mundijong project paved the way for managing subdivision approvals and construction here, ensuring a seamless delivery across multiple stages.
