Harley Dykstra continues to provide project management services for the staged delivery of Nautic Estate in Two Rocks. Below are updates on the current progress across the development.

Little Grove is a residential subdivision project located on the southern side of Albany, overlooking the city. The site originally comprised a single long residential lot identified by the client for subdivision into 16 residential lots for future home builders.

Brooks Garden is a residential subdivision project in Albany involving the creation of approximately 36 residential lots. Located behind Woolworths and near an over-55s residential area, the project required renewed planning approvals after the original approval expired, followed by subdivision implementation and construction surveying works.

Harley Dykstra was engaged to deliver planning services for a new CJD Equipment facility in Albany, in the Great Southern region of Western Australia. The project involved a staged planning process to enable the redevelopment of a site for a large-scale industrial facility, including workshop, warehouse and office components to support CJD Equipment’s expanding regional operations.

Harley Dykstra has secured Development Approval for what is believed to be the first Tiny Home Community in Western Australia. The project has been in progress for over two years, including a detailed site selection process across the South West.

Harley Dykstra play a central role in managing this major coastal development in Two Rocks. The strong collaboration between Fowler Group, our consultants, and contractors has ensured that challenges are met with innovative solutions, setting a strong foundation for the future stages of the estate. We look forward to continuing our involvement as the Nautic Estate grows into a vibrant new residential community.

Harley Dykstra was initially engaged in 2023 to assist Sowilo in identifying a suitable site for their new school campus. After assessing several potential properties, the team helped secure a site on Watkins Road in Mundijong.

Construction is well underway at Stage 3 of Two Rocks Nautic Estate, following Harley Dykstra taking over management during Stage 2, which delivered 110 lots.
