Overview

Brooks Garden is a residential subdivision project in Albany involving the creation of approximately 36 residential lots. Located behind Woolworths and near an over-55s residential area, the project required renewed planning approvals after the original approval expired, followed by subdivision implementation and construction surveying works.

Harley Dykstra has supported the project through planning, surveying and project coordination services to assist the client through the delivery of the subdivision.
