Carradine Creek Hills Lifestyle Estate – Bedfordale

For over 20 years Harley Dykstra has been involved in the planning approvals and implementation of numerous hills lifestyle subdivisions, in areas extending from Gosnells Hills through to Bedfordale, Byford and right down to North Dandalup.

In 2015 Harley Dykstra was appointed by the owner of the Carradine Creek Estate to undertake the survey and project management work required to implement this 12 lot prestigious hills estate. The subdivision requirements involved a complex suite of management plans including:

  • Water Management Strategy;
  • Erosion Management Plan;
  • Dieback Management Plan;
  • Landscape/Revegetation Strategy; and
  • Fire Management Plan.

All of these management plans needed to be integrated with the civil design drawings and construction plans, and then coordinated during the construction of the subdivision which commenced early in 2016. Harley Dykstra was the lead consultant orchestrating and negotiating the careful planning, preparation, approval and execution of each of these management plans.

Harley Dykstra’s extensive expertise in hills developments, and the combination of skills from Harley Dykstra’s surveyors, town planners and project managers has been instrumental in realising another quality hills lifestyle estate.
